Part 4 Video: The Shocking Condition of His Body

Tristan’s body told a different story.

They called it a drowning. His injuries say otherwise.

"When the coroner first saw Tristan’s body, he reportedly stated he didn’t want any part of ‘that mess’.

Family members later learned that Tristan’s head and neck were wrapped in a towel or sheet when they got him in the hospital room. This is a detail that was never disclosed by law enforcement. Tristan’s body bore visible signs of trauma:

• Severe bruising & lacerations

• Head injury

• Facial injuries (battered face)

• Possible broken neck

• What appeared to be a gunshot-like wound on his thigh, allegedly covered by foreign material

None of this was ever mentioned in the official reports like the death certificate or press statements.

Yet in March 2025 (11 months after the fact) — nearly a year later — the coroner signed and issued the death certificate, which listed Tristan’s cause of death as ‘accidental drowning.’

So if this was just a drowning… why is the DA still investigating over a year later?
